These terms cover the lucasgrilli.com website, the free resources I publish (guides, prompts, repositories) and my plugins and skills for AI assistants. They are offered by Lucas Grilli, Italian VAT 04189661202.

Use

You can use the resources, plugins and skills for free in your work, commercial work included. Code published on GitHub follows the license stated in its repository. The site's text and graphics remain mine unless stated otherwise.

Don't use them for illegal activity, to send spam, or to collect other people's data without the right to do so.

Results and liability

Plugins, skills and resources are provided as is. They work with an AI model, which can make mistakes: check the results before relying on them for important decisions, especially legal, tax, medical or financial ones.

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the free resources. This doesn't limit liability for intent or gross negligence, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.

Third-party services

ChatGPT, Claude and the other assistants my plugins run on have their own terms and policies, which you accept with them. I don't control how they work or whether they are available.

Paid services

Commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Changes and governing law

If I change these terms I update the date above. Italian law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
